Ingredients
- 2 chicken wings
- 500 ml chicken stock or 2 blocks of broth and add water
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon of shredded turmeric
- 3 grated ginger segments
- Exta virgin oilive oil for sauteing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 potato peeled skin, cut into pieces
- 2 carrots peel the skin, cut into pieces
- To taste the beans, cut into pieces
Instruction:
- Heat the stove with olive oil. Add the garlic, turmeric, ginger. Saute until fragrant. Add stir-fried chicken until mixed. Pour the chicken stock, pepper and salt. Add potatoes and carrots.
- Cook until the potatoes and carrots are tender. Add beans and lemon water. Cook again until the chicken is fully cooked.
