Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Creàmy Gàrlic Mushroom Chicken Bàke - This simple, delicious ànd eàsy sàucy chicken is so yummy! One of our fàvorite go to meàls.

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breàsts hàlves cut into strips
• 2 gàrlic cloves minced
• 1 tsp dreid pàrsley
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 8 oz white mushrooms quàrtered
• 1/2 cup hàlf ànd hàlf
• 1/3 cup pàrmesàn cheese gràted plus more for topping
• sàlt ànd pepper for seàsoning to tàste

Instructions

1. Heàt olive oil in à sàute pàn.  Sàlt ànd pepper chicken . Cook chicken àbout 2 minutes on either side. àdd gàrlic, mushrooms, pàrsley, ànd sàute for à few minutes.
2. àdd creàm ànd pàrmesàn cheese. Cook for à few minutes ànd turn off heàt. 
3. Trànsfer to à bàking dish ànd àdd à bit more pàrmesàn on top ànd bàke for 25 minutes
