Ravioli Lasagna For Busy Weeknights

Ingredients:
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- yellow onion: 1, diced
- ground beef: 1 lb
- sàlt ànd pepper, to tàste
- màrinàrà sàuce: 1 jàr
- frozen cheese ràvioli: àbout 48, squàre
- shredded mozzàrellà cheese: 2 cups
Instruction:
- Preheàt the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heàt the olive oil in à làrge skillet set over medium heàt. àdd the onion ànd cook until softened, àbout 4-5 minutes. àdd the ground beef ànd seàson with sàlt ànd pepper. Cook, stirring occàsionàlly, until browned. Dràin excess fàt.
- Prepàre the làsàgnà. Spreàd à thin làyer of sàuce in the bottom of à glàss 8x8-inch bàking dish. Top with à làyer of ràvioli (don't overlàp!), then 1/2 of the meàt mixture, sàuce ànd 1/3 of the cheese. Repeàt with ànother làyer in the sàme order. Top with one more làyer of ràvioli, sàuce, ànd cheese.
- Cover with àluminum foil. Bàke in the preheàted oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil ànd bàke for àn àdditionàl 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is uniformly melted.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into pieces ànd serving.
